PURE JOY
THE CHILDREN’S PARADE AND PICNIC
July 12th was a day of games, balloons, music, sno-cones, laughter and a heaping dose of delight. The sun was hot and the water balloons were plentiful. We ran out of hot dogs but not face paint and visors to be decorated. Thanks to all out sponsors and hard-working volunteers, and the sea of children and their families for making this year’s Children’s Parade and Picnic one for the record books. Pictures tell it all.
FARMER’S MARKET SATURDAYS
The Farmer’s Market is quickly becoming a Saturday morning ritual for many neighbors- buying from the ever growing abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables, farm grown meats, salmon, breads, flowers and more. With a steady stream of neighbors, the market has emerged as a gathering hub for catching up with friends, meeting new people, grabbing a popsicle, cookie or scone and specialty sauces and soups.
We have posted a survey on our website and would love to hear your feedback on our website’s Farmer’s Market page HERE. Learning as we go so please take the short survey.
